2025 BOOKINGS

Hourly Makeup Rate $160 per artist on site.

We do not charge per face makeup rates. Our team charge by the hour while on site at your location.(add $40 for every 15 minutes over the hour)

All our on location services rates include travel.

Minimum booking is 2 hours ($320) with a 50% booking fee required to secure your date.

By making a booking and reserving your date, you are confirming that you agree to the below terms & conditions.

  • A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment is due 7 days prior to your wedding date via bank transfer, or by cash payment. Please note cash payments must be collected prior to starting makeup application.
  • Should our artists estimated time on location exceed your quoted hours, extra payment is required before our artists leave your location.
  • Should our artists estimated time on location fall short of your quoted hours, we will refund the pro rata amount to your nominated bank account.

  • A $100 early morning fee applies per artist for start times prior to 7am.

  • A $50 parking fee will apply for valet parking at your location if parking is not provided complimentary.

  • Clean, moisturised skin on the day of your makeup (no sunscreen in your products)

  • Drink lots of water the week of your makeup booking.

  • Do not have harsh skin treatments in the month leading up to your makeup booking.

  • Our artists generally recommend no lash lifts prior to your makeup date. Our Artists use strip lashes and glue used is both latex and latex free and depends on the makeup artist. 

  • Strip faux lashes may need maintenance with further glue application depending on the type of strip faux lash, glue type used or time of day they have been applied. 

  • We may use photographs of you, your family and friends on our website or social media.
  • Please advise in writing when making any bookings if you do not give us permission to use them.

 

  • Booking Fees are non-refundable within 3 months of your booking date. If you need to postpone, change or cancel your wedding date please advise asap.

  • Please notify of any location changes as soon as possible.

  • Illness; if our artists are sick on the day of your trial, we will endeavour to find another artist or reschedule with our apologies.

  • In the unlikely event that our artists are sick, hospitalised or unable to work on your wedding/event due to any extreme or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to organise other artists.
